Instructions for use:

1-2 tablets a day.

Ingredients [daily dose per 1 tab]:

Calcium ascorbate [Equivalent to 500 mg Vitamin C (625% NRV*)], Bulking Agent: Microcrystalline cellulose; Citrus bioflavonoids (Citrus spp. pericarps) [50 mg], Quercetin [25 mg]; cornstarch, Anti-caking Agents: Vegetable magnesium stearate, Colloidal silica.
*NRV = nutrient reference value.
