Description
Children aged 3-10: 4 drops/day (10 mcg/400 IU). Children over 10 years old, pregnant and breastfeeding women: 6 drops/day (15 mcg/600 IU). Adults: 20 drops/day (50 mcg/2000 IU, 1000% NRV*).
